With 23 years of experience within the yachting industry you know that you will be in safe hands with Captain Neil, starting his career all those years ago as a chefs mate he soon worked his way up to relief mate and then onto captain, as a captain he has worked in may beautiful locations on a varying size of boats to build the vast knowledge and experience he now holds now. In his spare time Captain Neil still enjoys spending time on the ocean surfing, as well as this he loves to snowboard, play a good game of tennis or round of golf and relax watching good rugby or reading a book.
Frankie grew up in Azuero Península in the Pacific coast of Panama, and started working on boats to get an opportunity to see new places. He was keen to travel and meet new people from different cultures and backgrounds, and this lead him to aspire to be a captain. Now with over 15 years experience in the maritime industry, Frankie has an abundance of knowledge and skills, and has worked on yachts all over the world. Frankie enjoys diving, travelling, sports, water sports and hiking.
Veronica has 8 years of experience working as a stewardess aboard luxury Yachts, plus several years in luxury hotels as receptionist and housekeeping, as well as owning her own restaurant. She grew up in Ecuador right next to the sea, and after some travelling and working in customer service, she came back to Europe to study courses to work on cruise ships. She then started work on her first ever motor Yacht and has never looked back. Veronica has a great eye for detail and has a calm and positive disposition, her last job role was on board a 47 Metre Explorer as the chief stewardess, therefore she has excellent leadership abilities and communicates well with all age groups. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, learning new languages, playing sports and relaxing with friends and family.
Jack has traveled to Australia, NZ, India, Europe, south east Asia, Mediterranean and the Caribbean to further his
culinary ability throughout his career and to work with different ingredients, different people and discover new
cuisine. Cooking has been Jacks life for the last 15 years and he very much enjoys working as part of a team with a
drive for success. His cuisine and cooking ethos is fresh, healthy, with a lean towards Mediterranean. BBQ meats and
fish with colorful salads. He finds find enjoyment in preparing modern and innovative high-end food for charter/
private and family/crew style food alike. In Jacks spare time he takes part in Trail running, Triathlons, swimming,
skiing, surfing and general adventuring/travel.
