Francisco Molina


Frankie grew up in Azuero PenĂ­nsula in the Pacific coast of Panama, and started working on boats to get an opportunity to see new places. He was keen to travel and meet new people from different cultures and backgrounds, and this lead him to aspire to be a captain. Now with over 15 years experience in the maritime industry, Frankie has an abundance of knowledge and skills, and has worked on yachts all over the world. Frankie enjoys diving, travelling, sports, water sports and hiking.

Maria Veronica Minuche


Veronica has 8 years of experience working as a stewardess aboard luxury Yachts, plus several years in luxury hotels as receptionist and housekeeping, as well as owning her own restaurant. She grew up in Ecuador right next to the sea, and after some travelling and working in customer service, she came back to Europe to study courses to work on cruise ships. She then started work on her first ever motor Yacht and has never looked back. Veronica has a great eye for detail and has a calm and positive disposition, her last job role was on board a 47 Metre Explorer as the chief stewardess, therefore she has excellent leadership abilities and communicates well with all age groups. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, learning new languages, playing sports and relaxing with friends and family.

Philippa Wood-May


Philippa has just finished her 9th year working as Yacht crew and a private freelance chef, in this time she has worked onboard motor yachts, sailing yachts and high-end villas. As someone who is extremely passionate about food, Philippa enjoys creating balanced and healthy meals using organic and locally sourced produce whenever possible. In her spare time, Philippa volunteers at her local soup kitchen, preparing, cooking and serving meals to the homeless. She also organized and cooked a Christmas meal for over 40 people as she loves giving back to the community. Outside of work, Philippa likes to practice yoga and meditation, as well as this she is a Reiki two practitioner.
