Arwyn is originally from North Wales,but he left 27 years ago to pursue a career on motor yachts. In this time he worked on many yachts up to 82m long.
He was cruising extensively trough many different sea areas and has gained intimate knowledge of the sea and charter business.
He has lovely personality and is highly respected among the crew.

Erik Tanon

Captain Erik comes from a family of sailors and for as long as he can remember he has been sailing. For the last 17 years he has been working in the Yachting industry and these years ohave given him the opportunity to develop both technical skills as well as human qualities.
Erik is a reliable and dedicated Captain with a keen eye for detail. He has been onboard SHAKE N' BAKE as a rotational Captain for a couple of years and we are proud to have him in our team. He is hands-on, easy going and always motivated to get more charters onboard. Erik is a qualified diver and is always happy to spend some time on water.

Martin Bugeja

Martin grew up on the sunny island of Malta where he worked closely with his father who owned a small family restaurant which specialised in Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. Naturally enough, Martin followed in his father’s footsteps and became a Chef. After spending many years working in 5 star restaurants and hotels, Martin furthered his career by making the move to work on Super-Yachts during the summer and in Ski Chalets during the winter. Martin enjoys making sure that both guests and crew dietary needs are met. He tends to spoil them with a wide choice of gourmet, classic and healthy cuisine.
Martin believes that food is one of the greatest pleasures in life and will certainly make sure you feel the same way whilst relaxing and cruising with us on board Shake N’ Bake TBD.

Matt Rutledge

Matt was born in England, but has lived in Australia, New Zealand, Egypt and Switzerland.
Prior to joining the yachting industry 13 years ago, he worked in the Marine Science sector. He is an accomplished professional underwater cameraman.
He studied Marine Biology and is a Master Dive Instructor.
He enjoys all water sports and is a Jet-ski instructor His passion is mainly underwater searching for marine life, usually sharks.
Matt also enjoys trekking outdoors. Beaches to Mountains.

Sabina Alomerovic

Sabina originally comes from Serbia but is now living in Montenegro.
Coming from hospitality, once she saw a yacht in Montenegro she discovered her next calling and has been in for around 10 years. She enjoys travelling and being at the sea.
She will make you feel comfortable and taken cared of on-board Shake N’ Bake TBD.

Yana Chernyshova

2nd Stewardess

Yana comes from Russia and has been in yachting over 6 years now.
Being in hospitality for years before she easily transferred her skills
to yachting. She quickly became valuable part of the team with her positive
energy and contagious laugh.
She loves exploring new places and taking on new adventures, to get to know new and different people, have a good laugh.

Georgia Bull

Georgia was born in London, but has lived in Kent for the majority of her life.
Having known for yachting from a young age, she studied hospitality in London to be able to pursue this career one day. She enjoys baking in her free time and being outdoors. Being only young, but having 5 years already in hospitality, including working at one of the Britain’s top latest chain hotels “The Pig”.

Alex Starnes

Alex is coming from Virginia US. She studied psychology and school counselling before joining yachting industry.
Alex is our newest crew member and already everyone is fond of her positive energy. She loves travelling and practices yoga.
She is a joy to have around and will make your stay onboard Shake N’ Bake TBD
memorable.

Rumen Sebev

Rumen is born in Varna, the major Bulgarian port. Therefore, he grew up hearing stories about exotic foreign countries from different seafarers coming through. As soon as he turned 21, Rumen started his life at sea and now he is with more than 24 years of experience working for some of the biggest companies. When he is not at sea he enjoys working with wood and making collages with Photoshop.
You can be confident that with Rumen’s extensive experience you will have a great and safe vacation on board Shake N’ Bake TBD.

Toshko Todorov

Toshko is from Dobrich, Bulgaria. Toshko started his life at sea at the age of 20 and has an admirable commercial background, with over 20 years of experience. Toshko loves fishing and cooking and after a successful day fishing, he likes to put the two together and make a delicious meal for his family and friends.
Toshko will make sure that your time spent on board Shake N’ Bake TBD is safe and smooth.

Enis Muhovic

Originally from Montenegro, Enis started yachting 9 years ago in St Maarten, Dutch Antilles and has been working in many different destinations around US/Caribbean, Mediterranean and the Middle East. His hobbies are travelling, exploring new places, history and music.
His lovely smile and timid nature make him a fantastic addition to the Shake N’ Bake TBD team.

Duje Nazor

Duje comes from Croatia. Coming from boat owners family he was sailing the Adriatic since he was a child. Duje is adventurer who loves exploring new places and meeting different cultures.
Strong winds and high waves are his favourite and windsurfing is his biggest love.
Duje is very quiet, always with a smile and will make you feel at ease onboard

Francesco Caterino

Francesco was born in Pisa, Italy.
His love for the sea took him to the yacht industry where he has spent the last 10 years involved within the industry, starting as a sea cadet whilst back at school.
Francesco will make your time spent on Shake N’ Bake a great one filled with lots of Italian humour.
